Heavenly munchies

Yeah, nobody wants to feel it,
It’s like no one understands,
Well except someone who has been in that position, no one truly knows how it feels,
How does pain truly feel?
Like a knife piercing through your chest?
Like carrying a heavy burden on your shoulders?
Like drowning in a hot lake?

Sometimes the feeling is just unexplainable.
We have all been in a position, where, we never wished for anyone to be.
We spoke out,
We were consoled,
Had the empathetic and sympathetic ones suckle with us.
Some people you never expected where there for you,
Those you expected were not there (that’s life).
Let’s face it, pain is not a good thing, at least no one looks forward to it.
But sometimes, pain brings us to our knees,
It makes us discover our strength,
Makes us know who we are,
Makes us appreciate relationships,
Makes us know who to trust.

It’s a refining process.
It’s okay to react any way you want to, to pain.
But the beauty is the ability to rise up again,
and say “yo men” I went through this but “look at me now “.
I really don’t know what anyone is going through, but I hope you find the strength to live and hope again.

Isaiah 43:2
